Last Saturday at the Costa Mesa Speedway was the second Harley Night of the season. On Harley night the officials open the track between the main races to any Harley owner who wants to compete on the dirt track with there street machine. This year they allowed British bikes on the track so a bunch of guys from BA Moto gave it go! It was a very entertaining night to say the...

This last Saturday June 29th marked the 5th Annual Born Free Chopper and Vintage Motorcycle Show. Held in Silverado Canyon, CA a beautiful venue that made for a great vibe and beautiful backdrop for bikes! We want to thank everyone who came out and paid our booth a visit despite the heat and traffic! It was great seeing old friends and new alike. We were trading “a shirt for shirt” giving away our recent T-Shirt design for both men and women. It was cool to look out and see a bunch of folks wearing our...

El Diablo Run 2013 was the first year we sponsored and participated in the run. We took off from the office packed down and ready to go Thursday early morning and caught up with the group in Calexico before crossing. The ride to Calexico was hot and seemed like riding straight into a hair dryer. As we approached San Felipe the weather cooled off and the breeze were in our knees and tacos on our minds. We pulled up to camp and found ourselves a cool spread with our buddy Phil and unwound with a beer in one hand and tacos de pescado in the other. The next day we headed out to town on the bikes for some supplies and site seeing to kill time before the events started. The barrel race and slow race was super cool and exciting but everyone was really waiting around to see who would try there luck at the “circulio de muerta” (the circle of death race). As expected bikes went down, people went flying and the crowd went wild! Next up was the “Cocktagon” on the beach front. Even more excitement was in the air for this one as everyone crowded around the lines of the arena and cheered on for their favorite. After the event everyone headed to town for dinner. We found a cool steak house everyone was talking about and sat ourselves. If you have ever been to baja you already know the service is slow like island time. It took almost 2 hours for our steaks to arrive but was worth wait. This would have definitely been...

Thomas and I left the LA area around 7am and got down in SD around 9am after stopping twice for gas and snacks. I rode the Deuce down and stuck a for sale on it, Thomas drove the Corona and stuck pint glasses in his trunk for me to keep at the house (thanks Green Flash :p). Not too sure on what our favorites were as it was so hot we couldn’t think straight (the beer didn’t help either). We hung out with friends from the Us Versus Them fam and took off after not winning the set of HRE Wheels. [Show as...

Drove out to this one with Thomas in the Corona. I grabbed my camera, brought a Mooneyes Hotwheels Panel Van for Wildman to pinstripe and we set sail to Santa Fe Springs. We arrived right as Chico was servin up burgers and Dogs (YUM!). It was a record hot day with shade being prime real estate but luckily ice water was a plenty. I ended up getting my Hotwheel done and a camera lens shade too. Thomas had Wildman do a Cali Style logo in both English and Japanese. He was excited as I was, we both had something to take home and admire. Here are the shots from the day. [Show as slideshow] 1 2...

I rode out solo and met up with some friends there through out the day. It was super hot and crowded but luckily there was no shortage in $8 beers to be had. The Douche La Rouche booth was our favorite (thanks for the shirt), complete with a ring and bean bag toss. Here are some top shots form the day with a gallery to follow. [Show as slideshow] 1 2 3...

This 2000 Roland Sands Softail is a unique opportunity to acquire a world class designer bike at about 1/3 of its original build price and without the painful two year wait. The entire bike has been fitted with a Roland Sands Design vintage kit. And when combined with Harley-Davidsons traditional Hardtail look for the Softail frame, it becomes a very convincing tribute to past motorcycles without appearing overtly retro. The rear fender and tank, handlebars ect were sprayed by world-renowned artist MISTER CARTOON in an incredible fade style champagne pearl paint job detailed with hand-painted pinstripes, gold leaf and silver leaf. Once the pin stripping and leafing was done, several coats of clearcoat were added to for a spectacular glossy finish that both preserves the custom colors and provides a slick seam free surface over the stripes. The paint on this bike is so dynamic that a camera lens just can’t capture enough to really do it justice. Mounted next to the 21 inch aluminum wheel is a Performance Machine six piston brake caliper that clamps a huge drilled 13″ brake rotor. On top the color matched handle bars hold Performance Machine hand controls, chrome rear view mirror and chrome Performance Machine hand controls that are connected to the calipers by attractive braided hoses. Behind the front fork, the bikes black frame is bolted together with stainless hardware and houses a detailed Harley Davidson V-twin engine that is decked out in Roland Sands Design chrome pieces. At the bottom of the engine, a beautiful chrome PM open belt drive. At the top of the engine, the Roland Sands Design...
